Pertusaria corallina

Revised name: Lepra corallina

A crustose species that forms a thick, white to pale grey thalli, usually with a white prothallus. The surface of the thallus becomes covered in white isidia, which can be short and rounded, but are, when well developed, coralloid and up to 2 mm long.

Pertusaria corallina is distinguished from Pertusaria pseudocorallina by its lighter colour, and the often cylindrical isidia that lack brown tips.
