Bryoria subcana

A fruticose lichen with a pendant thallus that branches from the base at obtuse angles. The thallus is pale grey-green. Soralia are always in wart-like structures that sit on the branches.

Bryoria subcana is distinguished from Bryoria fuscescens on basis of the pale thallus colour, the much neater branching pattern and the soralia that are wart-like.
