Cladonia ciliata var. tenuis

New name: Cladonia ciliata

A Cladonia species with podetia that are pale green-grey to yellowish green. The podetia are mainly dichotomously branched with short lateral branches and only the branch tips curled down. The axils are usually open.

Cladonia ciliata var. tenuis is distinguished from Cladonia arbuscula subsp. squarrosa on basis of the mainly dichotomous branches and only the tip of the branches being recurved.
